Sarah is a Master Somatic Movement Therapist who works with people navigating extreme experiences and emotions including pre- and postpartum issues, attachment trauma, identity shifts across the life span, artists and visionaries seeking grounding, survivors seeking healing and self-connection. Her approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and deeply attentive to the ethical, spiritual, and cultural values of her clients. She works with clients to identify and embody their own visions for themselves and their life.

To support holistic healing and growth, Sarah incorporates somatic techniques into sessions including mindfulness and visualization, Somatic Parts Work, Alexander Technique, authentic movement, and breathwork. She incorporates Gottman and Emotion-Focused Therapy approaches with couples, and holds numerous accreditations in somatic therapy. Sarah is a registered Master Somatic Movement Therapist with The International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association.
